The following cakes will give you a guide line on wedding cake styles, prices and number of serves. These cakes can be varied in colour, size and decoration to suit your wishes. Additionally we have a host of pictures and magazines for you to browse through in the shop and we can usually advise you on type, style and decoration taking into account your guests and the likely temperature at the time of your wedding! Smooth white icing with coloured airbrushing. Heart shaped perspex dividers elevate the top tier. White sugar tulips adorn the top tier. Using pillars in lieu of the dividers will reduce the cost.

Chocolate wedges and ganache can be white or dark or a mixture. Mud cake can be white, dark chocolate or caramel. The cascading roses can be sugar or chocolate. Cascading silk flowers would be a less expensive option at approximately $60.00 added to the price.

Smooth white icing, embroidered hearts and silver cachous, tiers are offset and finished in a simple satin ribbon and bows. Includes custom made bride and groom in sugar. Less $10.00 for off the shelf bride and groom or less $55.00 for no bride and groom.

Prices are based on mud cake as it is the most popular choice today, there is an additional charge for fruit cakes.

TYPES OF CAKE AVAILABLE
MUD:
Dark chocolate, white chocolate, caramel or marble. Samples available. Cover can be fondant icing, ganache (a blend of cream and chocolate), or frosting (cream chesse with chocolate and butter whipped through it!) Sounds strange but tastes gorgeous.
FRUIT: Traditional or Light
Recommended covering is smooth icing or frosting.

We do not recommend any sort of fillings for wedding cakes. They can make the cake unstable, however the venue is usually happy to serve the cake with a swirl of coulis and /or cream.
